This policy is part of our terms and conditions.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp on +971 55 123 3903. We confirm every cancellation in writing within one working day.

During your free months

Cancel any time during your two free months and you pay nothing. Your card is never charged.

The monthly plan

• You can cancel at any time. The plan stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
• We do not refund part months.
• Forgot to cancel? If your first payment is taken and you tell us within 14 days, we refund it in full and close the plan.
• If your plan is still free under our no-enquiry promise, there is nothing to refund.

Larger projects

• Before we start work: a full refund of anything you have paid.
• After work has started, before launch: we refund what you have paid, minus the work done so far, worked out against the stages in your quote. We tell you the figure before we keep anything.
• After launch: no refund, but if something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it free.

The free website check

The check is free, so there is nothing to refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the same currency, within 10 working days of us agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We cannot refund charges made by your own bank.

If we cancel

If we stop providing your plan for any reason of ours, we refund any payment for a month we have not provided.

Problems

If you are unhappy, message us first. Most things can be fixed quickly, and we would rather put it right than lose a client.
